His education and experience: Werner is German Business Economist (Advertising) with Diplom degree (comparable to an English Master’s degree) and a certified banker. He is familiar with natural cosmetics, organic food, natural products and photovoltaics. At WALA (Dr. Hauschka Cosmetics) and Martina Gebhardt Naturkosmetik, Werner set up the organic retail business and at lavera(na) he built up the entire distribution, including export and private label.
